Many hoped sophomore Glenn Robinson III would grow into that role, following a freshman season in which he averaged 11.0 points and 5.4 rebounds a game. Throw in injuries (McGary's back, Vert went from spot duty to a starting role, averaging 14.0 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game over the first 10, while injecting some athletic defense. It's just that fitting all the pieces together takes some time, and Beilein is still trying to determine what he'll eventually feature with this crew. He knows it will grow, but in the meantime the Wolverines are feeling the frustration. ❑
