athleticism and his experience will be big for the
Wahoos this season.
5. Second-Year Wide Receiver Keeon John-
son — The Kannapolis, N.C., product was fifth
on the team in receiving yards (20 catches for 282
yards and one score) last year, despite missing
the first four games of the year while the team at-
tempted to redshirt him. But after coaches decided
to insert him into the lineup, the offense improved.
Now, the 6-3, 215-pound wideout will give red-
shirt second-year quarterback Greyson Lambert a
big, athletic target. It's that ability that Virginia is
banking on him providing on a consistent bases in
Fairchild's offense.
Third-year defensive end Eli Harold produced team highs in tackles for loss (15) and sacks (8.5) last
year, and could be poised for an even bigger season in 2014 due to the talent around him.
