"I'm assuming that if they follow the same process here, the next step would be they're presented with the charge or inquiry and then the hearing itself. "… I don't know what the outcome's going to be, but I do know that we are moving very quickly because we've concluded the investigation now. My knowledge of how the process works is that we will adjudicate rather quickly." Kelly indicated that he has not learned of any other former or current players being named in the probe.
