Dollars that fans on average paid for a ticket to the Notre Dame-Arizona State game Nov. 8,
according to SeatGeek, a ticket resell service. By comparison, Arizona State's Pac-12 title
game versus Stanford last year was going for $96 a ticket. Who says non-conference games are less
important, or that Notre Dame is not relevant?

All-American Tom Hawkins, who led the Fight-
ing Irish to the Elite Eight and finished his career as the all-
time leading scorer and rebounder. "The Hawk" will
be inducted into Notre Dame's "Ring of Honor" at
the Joyce Center Jan. 17. His career scoring
average of 23.0 points per game trails
only Austin Carr (34.6) and Adrian
Dantley (25.8), while his 16.7
career rebounds per game
is second to Walt Sahm's
16.9, although Hawkins'
1,318 caroms remain the
most overall.
