Yes, Hunter has messed up a few times, but when he catches the ball it is placed perfectly. It was totally unfair for Coach Kelly to put left-handed Malik Zaire in such a crucial position. It obviously threw off the timing, which is so important in kicking field goals. The missed kick in the final minute against Louisville is a kick Kyle Brindza would have made. I blame Coach Kelly for this loss. The people in Chicago voted last week that they have lost confidence in Coach Kelly. I have too. Noel Hall Del Mar, Calif. SEEING RED I am a longtime Notre Dame fan and was excited to see in recent years the push to get more participation from ticket holders during the game. That participation during the Louis- ville game was embarrassing. Not since Nebraska in 2000 came in and filled the stadium red have I seen an opposing team's fans come in and take away our "home."
