CAVALIER CORNER: What
is your favorite stroke to swim
and why?
WILLIAMSON: "Butterfly is
probably my favorite. It is gener-
ally considered one of the harder
strokes, but I think that sprint fly
is a pretty cool event, because
it's so different than any other
event.
"In a sense, it's like a sprint
100 free, but it's different in that
you are doing such an intense
stroke, so it has a different dy-
namic than a lot of the other
events. Also in relays, when
you're going towards the end
of the relay, you swim fly, so
it's really an exciting leg of the
event."
