2015 BASKETBALL RECRUITING ISSUE Langford emerged as one of the nation's best prospects in his junior year. Kentucky, Arizona, Florida, Michigan State, Auburn and Georgia visited him during the evaluation pe- riod, and for now Michigan remains on his list. Kentucky and Arizona of- fered Langford during their in-home visits. "It's the same old schools, but I'm hoping for more exposure," Lang- ford said before missing the April 24 adidas Gauntlet event in India- napolis due to school obligations. "This was my chance to play good in front of the coaches … sometimes, you just have to push that to the back of your head. You can't think about that when you're out here running, otherwise you'll mess up. You have to focus on playing basketball." Langford averaged 24.8 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.1 blocks per game as a junior at Madison Academy. He was named the Gato- rade Alabama Player of the Year and the Alabama Class 3A Player of the Year, and was the runner-up for Mr. Basketball. Langford isn't in a hurry to make a decision. "They are a great program," Huerter said. "They have one of the best coaches in the country. I'm very interested in them and the type of program they have had, and how good they have been." Clemson, Notre Dame and Vander- bilt were the latest schools to extend offers to Huerter after he played two spring sessions on the Nike EYBL tour for City Rocks. He was tied for 10th with 19 made three-point shots and tied for 14th with 3.6 assists per game as of May 7. "I know he used to be the coach at Le Moyne College [in Syracuse]," Huerter said of Beilein. "He coached one of my high school teammates' father. Another close family friend, he coached him at Le Moyne as well. "Michigan has contacted me and they told me how they want to keep seeing me. He's had great success at Michigan and made it to the cham- pionship game, and they could have
