COMMITMENT PROFILE FILM EVALUATION Strengths: You can't teach the two most important things that St-Juste has: size and speed. In an era where wide receivers often tower over diminutive cornerbacks, he'll have no such disadvantage. He's able to press receivers at the line and has the makeup speed to catch them if he gets beaten. He also has exceptional feet and makes fewer false steps than you might ex- pect for a player who likely doesn't have the same level of training in Canada as most American football players. Areas of Improvement: St-Juste has likely been the best athlete on the field in every game he's ever played in Montreal. Even more than most high school prospects, he hasn't seen the level of competition he will in college. He will have to learn to not get down if he loses a rep. He's also very thin and will have to put on weight at the next level. If that re- duces his flexibility and turn-and-run skills, he may have to shift to safety and learn an entirely new position. Michigan Player Comparison: Ryan Mundy (2003-06) was a tall defensive back, though he was always slated for safety. His Michigan career didn't turn out as he'd hoped, but an excellent final year at West Virginia saw him turn into an NFL defensive back with the Indianapolis Colts. — Analysis from TheWolverine.com
