They advanced to play UConn in the second round Nov. 20, hosted by No. 2 seed Rutgers in New Brunswick, N.J. HOCKEY (5-2-3, 3-0-1 HOCKEY EAST) No. 15 Notre Dame defeated Northeastern 3‑2 Nov. 12 and then tied the Huskies 2‑2 Nov. 13. The Irish next traveled to No. 5 UMass Lowell for a two‑game road series Nov. 21‑22. VOLLEYBALL (6-22, 1-15 ACC) The Irish dropped both matches in a Florida road swing, falling 3‑0 at No. 20 Florida State Nov. 13 and 3‑1 to Miami Nov. 15. Notre Dame next hosted Georgia Tech Nov. 20 and Clemson Nov. 22 in the final home matches of the season.
