FROM OUR READERS could improve. There are players on this team that everyone expects to get better. At the top of that list is Moritz Wagner. The post players need to get stronger. I see a need for stronger leadership, but I recognize that quality usually comes with ex- perience. While not downplaying the lead- ership and play that Derrick Walton, Zak Irvin, Muhammad-Ali Abdur- Rahkman and others provided, the loss of Caris LeVert and Spike Albrecht was too big for a team that was too young without them. There are quality, experienced players who will return for the next season, aided by incoming recruits. March Madness has truly been madness this year. The teams play with the players that can play, and sometimes even a bunch of good experienced players are not good enough. Doubt me? Ask the coach at Mich- igan State. Even he was not ready for the finality that was dealt to his team. Recognizing that it was not to be, I have to wonder, if we only had had LeVert and Albrecht. Oh well, on to football! Go Blue! J.
