Carolina guard Jared Cohen, who has three
years of eligibility remaining and who will
likely be a starter this season.
5. Defensive Line — Much like the block‑
ers, where depth going forward will have to
be addressed, the defensive line boasts a lot
of talent. In the 3‑4 look, fourth‑year Donte
Wilkins will anchor the middle flanked on
one side at least by third‑year defensive end
Andrew Brown. The competition to fill the
starting spot on the other side may be wide
open, though redshirt first‑year Eli Hanback
impressed the staff there in the spring.
Elsewhere at end, the Wahoos will look
to fourth‑year Mark Hall, second‑year
Redshirt fourth-year center Jackson Matteo will anchor UVA's offensive line, but the
depth behind him remains untested.
