cavalier profile COLIN BRIGGS Redshirt Fourth-Year • Lacrosse The acclimation from high school to college lacrosse didn't happen overnight for Virginia redshirt fourth-year Colin Briggs. However, once that proverbial light went on for Briggs last season, there was no stopping him. The 6-0, 200-pound midfielder from Rhode Island scored a career-high 29 goals and added a career-high 12 assists to help lead Virginia to its fifth NCAA championship. Briggs' 41 points ranked third on the team and were an increase of 29 from the previous season.
