Cavalier Corner: How has this made you a bet- " offseason? Jenkins: "I worked harder on my fitness. This off- season, I really focused on putting the hard work in and obviously now with my results, all the hard is paying off so I'm focused on putting in extra hours with my serve as well as my fitness and my [overall] strength." Cavalier Corner: How do you stay balanced as a student-athlete? Jenkins: "I'm focusing on time management. As a tennis player, having a schedule is a sort of way of life. I have been doing this since I was 8 years old, and I have always had a schedule even with home schooling from the age of 14 until I came to college.
