Countess re- turned a blocked punt for a score for the Rams, while Graham took a fumble back for a touchdown on the game's final play to secure the win for the Eagles. Nik Stauskas • NBA Stauskas has had a rough year, playing sparingly between Phila- delphia and Brooklyn, but he put up 22 points in 28 minutes in his hometown of Toronto Dec. 15. He made 6 of 9 shots, 5 of 7 triples and 5 of 5 free throws, and grabbed seven rebounds, though his Nets lost to the Raptors. Zach Werenski • NHL Werenski, a defenseman, had scored 10 goals as of Dec. 17, only one less than he scored in his entire rookie year and tops among all former Wolverines in the NHL. He picked up his 10th and added an assist in a 6-4 win over the New York Islanders Dec. 14 en route to earning No. 1 star of the game honors.
