Executive Director, Virginia Athletics Foundation
Dirk is in his 17th year as Executive Director of the Virginia Athletics Foundation and also serves as Associate Director of Athletics for External Affairs. A native of Stilwell, Kansas, Dirk is a 1991 graduate of U.Va. with a degree in sports management. A member of the Cavalier basketball team from 1987 to 1991, Katstra played on three NCAA Tournament teams and was a senior captain on the 1990-91 squad.
