"I took a course that was based on the conflict between Israel and Pal- estine," he explained. " That was a really interesting look at real-world events. We ran a simulation, where we worked as actors with big figures in each community and tried to work out a deal between the two countries. That was a great class. "I also really enjoyed Political Science 432, which is a game theory class. We worked through game theory prob- lems through a number of different ways, analyzing world conflicts and dealing with how countries approach war, or what drives countries toward war or peace agreements." This summer, McCormack will study for the LSAT, which he will take in Sep- tember or October of his senior year. From there, McCormack will apply for law schools, with the goal of staying in Ann Arbor to enroll in Michigan's esteemed law school. "I want to go into law," he said. "I am not exactly sure what field I want to work in, yet. That is something I will have to explore when I get into law school.
