He got here in January and is working on getting in shape. He's a guy who's really physical at the point of attack." Tom Lemming of Prep Football Report: "I've seen him the last three years. As a sophomore I knew he was going to be a dominating nose guard-type guy. He's not a great pass-rusher, but he can occupy blockers up on the line — two or three at a time. He's a wide body, quick in limited space and dominating at the point of attack. People forget about the guys who commit early, or he'd be right up there nationally." Why Mone Chose Michigan: "I like the coaches, and I love Coach [Brady] Hoke. I like the school, especially the education, and of course I like the football program. The weight room with Coach [Aaron] Wellman is great, too." Head Coach's Comments: "He played both ways for us, both offense and defense," said Highland head coach Brody Benson. "Him learning just to stay on one side of the ball will be an adjustment. I don't think it's a negative; it's going to enhance his game defensively. He's going to be able to get his wind back a little quicker."
