improve the things that you were. I started thinking about that. "A lot of it was watching film, watching people's routes, and then I tried to get my grades up in school, too." Darboh was held out of full-contact drills in the spring, and the scrim- mages, but did participate with his position group most days. "I feel like I'm 100 percent right now," Darboh said. "They said I should be good for summer, and by the time fall camp comes. "I haven't thought about personal expectations. I am confident I can go out there and help my team win. I'm bigger, stronger, and then I also have a little bit of speed. "People underestimate my speed sometimes but I can get the long balls." Chesson went through his own in- jury as a true freshman, and at the time, Darboh nudged ahead of him, appearing in four games as a receiver and 11 total contests for the Wolver- ines in 2012. This fall, they will enter the campaign both redshirt sopho- mores with three years of eligibility remaining. "We're not necessarily happy about how it happened, but it is nice that we're back in the same class now," Chesson said. "We're very close. It was very frustrating for him to miss all of last season with his injury, but we all prayed for him. "And, most importantly, he kept a very positive attitude the whole time." The 6-3, 195-pound Chesson was largely typecast as a vertical threat and nothing more, but when Darboh went down last fall, he was given the chance to showcase a broader game, and would contribute 15 receptions for 221 yards and a score.
