At Las Ve- gas powerhouse Bishop Gorman High School, Stanley averaged nearly a dou- ble-double in points and rebounds in basketball his junior year (plus four assists per contest) in a game he calls his first love, prior to achieving a state title his senior year versus a national schedule.
