JABRILL PEPPERS RANKS HIGH AMONG EARLY 2017 NFL DRAFT PROJECTIONS The 2016 NFL Draft was barely 24 hours old (and in some cases, not even) when sites began unveiling their rankings for 2017 prospects. Among current Wolverines, redshirt sophomore Jabrill Peppers is generat- ing the most buzz. The 6-1, 208-pound defensive back (NFL projection) has already been in- cluded among the top 10 picks for two mock drafts: BleacherReport.com forecasted a No. 5 selection to the Ten- nessee Titans and WalterFootball.com had Peppers go No. 8 overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars. SportingNews.com simply ranks Peppers among its top 20 players to watch for the 2017 NFL Draft and AthlonSports.com has him rated as the No. 25 player for next year's draft.
