When UVA played Butler in the NCAA Tournament, Bennett was asked how he was able to lure Guy out of his home state. "We're fortunate to have Kyle," Bennett said. "I think we got on him early. I think some of the success that we had — him watching us in the ACC — really helped and we're excited to have Kyle. "I know we fought Butler for him and some other really good programs in Indiana." Guy, who will wear No. 5 at UVA — in part because he has five siblings — said he couldn't wait to get on Grounds with the other talented first-years. "It's awesome, but with great talent comes great responsibility, so we're go- ing to have to live up to it," Guy said of he and his classmates. "There are great expectations and we're looking forward to it." ◆ Felicia Aiyeotan says being so tall has a couple negatives. "Flying on airplanes, ducking through doors — you forget and then you hit your head — finding clothes," she said. But overall, Aiyeotan — who is 6-9 — said she wouldn't trade it for anything. It's what helped the Nigeria native get to Amer- ica and subsequently to Virginia, where she will be a first-year this season. Aiyeotan can't wait. "Every time I stepped foot on campus, there was always something to love," she said, referring to her recruiting visits. "I loved the coaches, the players and I can get a great education." Aiyeotan said it was her relationship with Virginia head coach Joanne Boyle that helped seal the deal. "Every coach wants you to come to their school, but with her she cares about me as a person and as a basketball player," she said. "She always told me, 'I will care about you regardless of whether you come to my school.' "That's why I really love her and I'm glad I'm going to UVA." Aiyeotan, who chose Virginia over Florida, Bos- ton College and Rutgers, comes from Blair Acad- emy — a boarding school in New Jersey that also produced UVA men's players Mike Tobey and Marial Shayok. Blair Academy coach Quint Clarke believes Aiyeotan's potential is unlimited. "She's a legit 6-foot-9 — and she may actually be bigger than that," Clarke said. "She runs really well. She's got good hands. I think she's a player FELICIA AIYEOTAN AIMS TO BE A BIG CONTRIBUTOR "I was determined to work my butt off until people would respect the rest of my game, and I think I did that. I'm sure there's still people who don't know me that well that think I'm still just a shooter, but when I get to Virginia they'll see." — GUY
