Finally, we have added over 1,000 do- nors who are either first-time contributors or returning after having made a gift prior to 2015. Building our donor base is criti- cally important to our long-term viability. It is always exciting to add new donors and to attract donors who have contributed at some point in the past. We hope that these donors will join our growing list of donors who reach 40 years of consecu- tive giving like those we are honoring this year. Donors who make a gift each year continue to be the lifeblood of our fund- raising program. We are honored to have thousands of donors who support our student-athletes in so many ways each year.
