He's a long, lean safety that could use some added bulk to roam the secondary. On a good note, he is enrolled early and will have a head start on filling out and learning Don Brown's scheme. THEY SAID IT Rivals.com Southeast Recruiting Analyst Woody Wom- mack: "The versatile athlete worked out both ways [for the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game] and actually looked more comfortable at tight end than on defense. He has some raw physical tools that can't be taught, but will need some time to develop at the next level." Florence (Ala.) High Head Coach J.B. Wallace: "He has a passion and an excitement for the game. He'll take it to any extreme to get better and to be the kind of player his coaches want him to be. You are going to get an exciting, very physical player in J'Marick. He's going to represent the school well." Defensive Backs Coach Brian Smith: "He is a good kid. He comes from a good family down south with humble roots. J'Marick has a chance to come in and compete for playing time right away." J'MARICK WOODS SAFETY 6-3 • 205 FLORENCE H.S. FLORENCE, ALA.
