Under the Dome Mike Golic Jr., Manti Te���o First-Team Academic All-Americans Graduate student Mike Golic Jr. and senior Manti Te���o were selected as first-team members to the 2012 Capital One Academic All-America Football Team by CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America). A second team Academic AllAmerica honoree in 2011, Te���o became the 10th different Notre Dame football player to earn Academic All-America recognition on two or more occasions. To be eligible, he must be a starter or key reserve, maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.30 (4.00 scale), have reached sophomore athletic and academic standings and be nominated by his sports information director. This December, Te���o became the most decorated defensive player in college football history ��� and was also scheduled to graduate during the month with a bachelor���s degree in design from the College of Arts and Letters. Te���o owns a 3.324 grade-point average.
