THEY SAID IT Brian Kelly's Comments: "He can play the tackle position, and is another young man that we got a chance to see in the summer. He has a great pedigree — a couple of brothers play college ball, and his dad played here at Notre Dame." Tom Lemming Of Prep Football Report: "His junior year I thought he was okay. He was athletic but not a physical guy. This year he added the physical ele- ment to his game to become the most dominant lineman in Tennessee. He always had technique and real good feet, but I think he got stronger this year, and that's why he was able to dominate." Montgomery Bell Academy Head Coach Marty Euverard's Comments: "He started off as a tight end and what you immediately noticed was how someone so big was flexible and could run so well — he was a knee bender, not a waist bender. He was a nose guard as a sophomore and then played both offensive tackle and defensive end, which is rare for us."
