STATISTICS • Finished with career totals of 206 tackles, 40 stops for loss and 34 sacks after moving into start- ing lineup two games into his sophomore cam- paign. • As a senior, recorded 86 tackles, 26 tackles for loss and 17 sacks. Also caught five touchdown passes at tight end. ALL-STAR GAMES AND CAMPS • Participated in a Nike training camp in Chicago last May. RECRUITMENT • Committed to Notre Dame on the spot after receiving an offer on June 26, 2013. • Received 14 scholarship offers, including ones from Michigan State, Illinois, Missouri, Purdue and Indiana. • Primarily recruited by safeties coach Bob Elliott and secondarily recruited by defensive line coach Mike Elston. • Officially visited Notre Dame on Oct. 19, 2013, for the USC game. NOTABLE • Born on June 17, 1996. • Plans to enroll in the Mendoza College of Business. 2014 PROJECTION • Possible contributor but likely redshirt candidate along the defensive line in 2014.
