COMMITMENT PROFILE FILM EVALUATION Strengths: Taylor is very fluid and can open up to either side, which allows him to get out of breaks quickly and react really well to different types of routes. He can also do this from several spots on the field — be it cornerback, safety or nickel back — which is encouraging, because he can potentially be a diverse option in secondary. Taylor has great recovery speed. He stops on a dime and changes direction to keep on top of the receiver and allow the safety to come over. He's not afraid to come up and make a hit, and he uses good form and tech- nique when wrapping up on a tackle. Areas Of Improvement: One thing that isn't shown much — if at all — in the highlight films I have seen is Taylor's abilities in press coverage. His speed and instincts are good enough to keep up with routes while playing off the line of scrimmage a little bit, but I'd like to see what he looks like while pressing wide receivers. Michigan Player Comparison: Jeremy LeSueur was a large cornerback — like Taylor, 6-1 — whose athleticism and good instincts allowed him to excel in Ann Arbor. Like LeSueur, Taylor is good in man-to-man coverage on the outside and is a very good tackler in space. — Andy Reid
