M ichigan's long-standing rivalry with Notre Dame comes to an end this season, but the Wolverines are making the most of the schedul- ing void, filling the non-conference slot with a slew of high-profile teams. Most recently, U-M announced it would engage Oklahoma in a two- game home-and-home series in 2025-26. First and sixth all time in college football victories with 910 and 842, respectively, Michigan and Oklahoma have met only once in the storied his- tory of the two programs, squaring off in the 1976 Orange Bowl; the Sooners claimed a 14-6 victory.
