"What's special about [Fuller] is his speed, and he can run routes, get in and out of breaks," Golson said. "It's kind of scary. If I was that corner, it'd be scary for me, just knowing how versatile we are." Those defenders will likely have even more reasons to be concerned as the season progresses. Robinson is still adjusting to a pin inserted into his right thumb, and Kelly has openly said he expects more out of Brown as the season moves along. While Fuller is known for his accel- eration, Brown possesses more top- end speed, something Fuller said he is often reminded of. If, or possibly when, Brown breaks out, Fuller and Carlisle won't mind if their targets decrease a bit. "We always feed off each other and look at each other as family," Fuller said. "So someone else's success is go- ing to be looked at even bigger." ✦ Senior Amir Carlisle, who moved from running back to slot receiver this year, equaled his reception total for the 2013 campaign with a seven-catch, 61-yard, two-score performance against Michigan Sept. 6.
