opponents off the dribble, but at Notre
Dame she needed to redefine and ad-
just her game, including getting more
involved with rebounding and other
less glamorous endeavors. A heart-to-
heart chat with McGraw helped set
that path straight.
Three days after the loss at Miami,
Reimer returned to the team, but she
did not suit up for the Jan. 11 game
versus Boston College. Five days later,
she came off the bench to deliver some
clutch play in the closing minutes of
the 89-79 win at North Carolina, and
earned praise for a yeoman-like nine
points and 10 rebounds in an 88-77
victory versus Tennessee while regain-
ing her starting role.
"I love this team," Reimer said after
the fifth straight win over the power-
ful Volunteers. "We all get along so
well. … All of us were really jelling."
