Poole tweeted that he had suffered a ruptured Achilles, while he was previously injured with a torn pectoral muscle, forcing him to miss the 2012 season. Poole did not appear in a game for the Wolverines during his short-lived career. He will remain in school and occupy a role as a student assistant with the football program this fall.
