Saying it is one this and doing it is another, but the belief, confidence and talent is all there. Now, it's just a matter of getting out there and getting after it." The Wolverine: Forward Nkem Ezurike is going into her senior year. She's meant so much to this program. What do you expect from her? Ryan: "We will see the same Nkem. If she gets a chance, she's going to score. The key is just to relax, do her thing and enjoy it. But we do need to get her some help. We need more scorers, especially in big games. We are building some good goal scorers around her. Nkem has always been it for us, but teams can focus on her if we're not scoring with other people. That will open more opportunities for her, and she's an incredible goal scorer." The Wolverine: You played Penn State very tough last year. Does this team have what it takes to get over the hump and win a Big Ten title? Ryan: "I think it's very possible. We have great talent and more depth than ever. We have more people who can score goals, a great defense and a great understanding among the players. We have a great shot. It will be tough. When you look at the history, Penn State has really dominated for over 15 years.
