Matt Wile — Wile was signed with the intention he would start at placekicker immediately, shoring up a huge weakness after U-M kickers connected on only 4 of 13 field goals in 2010. Over two seasons, though, Wile has attempted just three field goals — he's made two, good from 48 and 52 yards — and is destined to take over for Brendan Gibbons in 2014.
