MICHIGAN RECRUITING Michigan's 2015 class may continue to take shape over the spring, with several important prospects making their way to campus for unofficial visits during that time. Conrad — March 15 visit Conrad is a four-star recruit, the No. 174 player and No. 6 tight end nationally, and the No. 8 prospect in Ohio according to Rivals.com. He does not hold a Michigan offer yet, but U-M and Ohio State are two that he's mentioned coveting in the past — to join his offers from the likes of Kentucky, Tennessee and Illinois. He was one of the top tight ends at the Under Armour Combine in January. Cincinnati St. Xavier linebacker Justin Hilliard — March 15 visit Hilliard is a four-star recruit, the No. 47 player and top inside linebacker nation- ally, and the No. 2 prospect in Ohio. Michigan is considered among his leaders — though he hasn't trimmed his list — along with Ohio State, Oklahoma, Notre Dame and Iowa (where his brother, C.J., signed in February). Bloomfield Hills (Mich.) Brother Rice quarterback Alex Malzone — March 15 visit Malzone is a three-star prospect, the No. 16 pro-style quarterback nation- ally and the No. 4 prospect in Michigan. The 6-2, 185-pounder has visited Ann Arbor several times during his recruit- ing process. Northville (Mich.) offensive line - man David Moorman — March 15 and April 5 visits Moorman is a three-star recruit, the No. 37 offensive tackle nationally and the No. 3 prospect in Michigan. Brother Rice standout Alex Malzone, the No. 4 recruit in Michigan and the No. 16 pro-style quar- terback nationally according to Rivals.com, grew up a U-M fan and covets an offer from the Wolverines.
