FOOTBALL RECRUITING K ANDREW DAVID 5-8, 170 • Massillon (Ohio) Washington Two-star prospect, unranked in Ohio and among kickers na- tionally David is a lifelong Michigan fan who committed to the Maize and Blue as soon as U-M because the first school to offer. While kickers generally do not amass high rankings, he is behind a few prospects at the position, with 10 pros- pects listed by Rivals.com. Massillon Washington is one of the nation's most storied programs (starting the coaching career of Paul Brown, and producing such players as NFL Hall of Famer Chris Spielman), but the Tigers struggled to a 9-3 record in 2013. During his sophomore year in 2013, he completed 137 of 231 passes (59.3 percent) for 2,265 yards (9.8 yards per throw) with 21 touchdowns and nine interceptions. The Rams, for the second straight year, made it to the Divi- sion 2 state title game in Ohio, but couldn't finish the job. Since the end of the season, DeWeaver has taken his game to another level. He is bigger and stronger, and
