and to being in a system. … It's not
surprising he had those struggles, and
he worked real hard to improve them."
Enrolled in the Mendoza College of
Business, Elmer made the Dean's List
as an early enrollee in 2013, but said
cerebral power in the classroom and
on the field are not equal.
"When you're taking a test, you
have time to think about things and
reason it out," Elmer said. "That's a lot
different. You can do that in the film
Elmer has played all over the offensive line during his time with the Irish, but is focused on being the best
right guard he can be this fall.
