eja Lambert has stepped up her game
with 132 kills this year.
"We do have a go-to [player] in
Abby. When we really need a kill,
she is coming through for us," Rosen
said. "[Our setters] are doing a good
job but are inexperienced. Carly is a
senior, but has only set six matches
in the Big Ten in her career. Maddy
coming in as a freshman had no ex-
pectation of playing at this level, and
came in to add depth and now she's
starting for us, and doing a good job.
"Lambert is a big jumper, really
physical and doing a great job." ❏
Junior Abby Cole led the No. 23-ranked Wolverines in kills (208) and blocks (73) through
Oct. 20, while the Wolverines are in a strong position for the NCAA Tournament.
