But se- nior All-America tight end Jake Butt insists whoever gets the job will be in sync with those catching the ball. "The connection is going to always grow each day," Butt said. "We're just tak- ing reps with different guys — whoever becomes the starter, he'll just be taking more reps, whoever is more comfortable. "I like to run my routes a certain way, they like to put balls different places … each one throws a little different.
