Under the Dome 1 By The Numbers New appearance Notre Dame football will be making on a national network in 2013. FOX will televise Notre Dame���s showdown at Stanford Nov. 30 (the Irish were on FOX for the 2007 Sugar Bowl, but this will mark their first regular-season appearance on the network). No kickoff time has been announced, although it���s expected to be at night. NBC will telecast Notre Dame���s six 2013 home games plus the Oct. 5 Shamrock Series contest against Arizona State in Arlington, Texas. Kickoff times have not been announced for any games yet, and TV networks have not been announced for the other four road games ��� Purdue, Michigan, Air Force and Pitt ��� although the game in Ann Arbor will be at night. 4 Consecutive years that Notre Dame���s senior men���s basketball class with All-Big East selection Jack Cooley, plus Thomas Knight, Joey Brooks (redshirted) and Mike Broghammer (medical hardship), reached the NCAA Tournament. That hasn���t occurred with one graduating class for the Fighting Irish since 1986-90 with the four-man class of guards Joe Fredrick and Jamere Jackson, forward Keith Robinson and center Scott Paddock. 20-20 Points and rebounds accumulated by Notre Dame junior forward Natalie Achonwa during a 75-66 victory versus South Florida March 10 in the Big East Championship quarterfinals. That was a schoolrecord 24th straight victory by the Fighting Irish. The last time a Notre Dame player scored 20 points and pulled 20 rebounds in a game was when Heidi Bunek had 25 points and 20 rebounds in an 8077 loss at DePaul Jan. 20, 1988.
