Per 247Sports, Henry is the No. 4 overall recruit in the 2016 class, the No. 2 pro‑style quarterback in the country and the No. 1 player in California. Adding elite offensive linemen is a top priority for the Notre Dame coaching staff in 2016. Their plans could come to fruition if they land Cincinnati Elder four‑star offensive tackle Tommy Kraemer. The 6‑5, 305‑pound prospect spent the day in South Bend with his father and took in the rivalry game from the stands. "It was awesome," Kraemer told 247Sports national director of recruiting Steve Wiltfong. "I could see myself playing there very easily. I have a very strong relationship with [offensive line coach] Harry Hiestand. I'm looking forward to visiting for the Stanford game." The future U.S. Army All‑American will return to South Bend for the matchup against the Cardinal on Oct. 4 and a commitment to Notre Dame then wouldn't come as a major surprise. When asked if he could make a decision and end his recruitment soon, Kraemer responded: "This trip gave me a lot to think about. It's definitely on my mind. I almost did it already." Per 247Sports, Kraemer is the No. 36 overall recruit in the 2016 class, the No. 8 offensive tackle in the land and the No. 2 prospect in Ohio.
