He's hard to block because his hands go down to his ankles, and he runs so well. He's very smart, he's got a good idea of how to play the game and he loves playing. "If he is going to be an outside line- backer, he's got to get faster. Not that he's slow now, but I don't think you want him to get any bigger if he's go- ing to be an outside linebacker. I think that's going to be hard for him to main- tain this weight, because he'd have to really run. That's probably the biggest thing to work on."
