ichigan remains very inter-
ested and involved with Madi-
son (Ala.) Academy's Josh Langford
(6-6, Rivals.com's No. 21 junior na-
tionally). Head coach John Beilein
was in Alabama to see him Feb. 9,
three days after Langford put up 34
points on 15-of-18 shooting, added
nine rebounds and went 4 of 4 from
long range in a 78-53 win over West
Morgan.
Langford missed three weeks in
December following finger surgery
and sat out one game (Jan. 30) due
to a stomach virus, but he's been
dominant when he's played, averag-
ing 26.4 points per game. He scored
22 points in only three quarters in
an 80-60 win over Vinemont Feb. 17.
Michigan, Michigan State and Flor-
ida are three schools extremely high
on his list, and he's taken unofficial
visits to all three. He was in Ann Ar-
