Rivals.com rankings: Three-star pros- pect, No. 32 safety nationally and No. 23 player in the state. Colleges: Verbally committed to Tennes- see March 20. Scouting report: Griffin is a good-sized and deceptively athletic safety. He is a will- ing tackler who will lay the wood on a hit both in the running game and against receiv- ers crossing the middle of the field. He also showcases good instincts in coverage. 15.
