football recruiting issue Hill and his twin brother, Khalil, who will be attending Grand Valley State, are going to be separated for the first time in their lives this fall. photo by lon horwedel Khalid Hill Is Ready To Head Out On His Own His entire life, Khalid Hill has had one companion by his side. Standing 6-2, 230 pounds, you may not think hed have a twin brother who tips the scales at just 5-9, 150, but youd be wrong. East Village Prep head coach Rod Oden has known Khalid and brother Khalil their entire lives, but when he first saw them, he could hardly believe that they were twins. I knew them when they were little, Oden explained. Their mom is a guidance counselor at our school. I couldnt believe they were twins as younger boys. The difference in size was even more tremendous than it is now. Khalid echoes his coachs sentiment: he has always been known as Big Twin.
