Three Wolverines Make Lists For
National Awards
Sophomore guard Trey Burke has been named one of 12 finalists for the Oscar Robertson
Trophy, which goes to the National Player of the Year. Through Feb. 18, he led U-M with
averages of 18.6 points and 6.9 assists per game.

with a top-five preseason ranking
eventually rising to No. 1. Increasingly, individual Wolverines are now
moving into the national spotlight.

wing Nik Stauskas ��� have made
midseason watch lists for some prestigious honors.

Burke joined 11 others on the
watch list for the Oscar Robertson
Trophy, which goes to the National
Player of the Year, while Robinson
and Stauskas each made the 12-man
list for the Wayman Tisdale National
Freshman of the Year Award. The
United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) gives out both
honors.
