2016 FOOTBALL RECRUITING ISSUE NOTABLE • Football nickname is "Hit Man." • Primary recruiter Mike Zordich hails from Youngstown, Ohio, not far from Hudson's home in the Pittsburgh area. 2016 PROJECTION • A versatile athlete who can play a number of roles for the Wolverines, but he'll likely start out by competing at the nickel back position on defense. He could get a shot at early playing time there, depending on what the Wolver- ines do with veteran Jabrill Peppers. THEY SAID IT • S e c o n d a r y C o a c h M i c h a e l Zordich: "When you talk about a foot- ball player, you talk about Khaleke Hudson. He's a great young man, a good student and is definitely the poster boy for a Michigan man. "Khaleke is extremely well rounded and can play offense, defense and special teams. He's very instinctive in the game, he's smart and what's impressive about him is that he's very physical. You wrap all three of those into one and you have a pretty good football player." • Cedar Grove Head Coach George Smith (to Triblive.com): "He has the speed and the tenacity, and he hits like a train … he doesn't get tired. He Hudson posted two TFLs, a forced fumble and four PBUs in the Semper-Fidelis All- American Bowl. PHOTO COURTESY RIVALS.COM
