Was expected to compete for playing time last season, but injuries sidelined him the first three games and he played special teams in the last nine contests. Played in three games a year ago. 66 Joshua Fedd-Jackson Fr. 6-3 336 Montvale, N.J. Rivals.com rated the newcomer the No. 16 player from New Jersey and the No. 30 offensive guard nationally in the 2017 class. Will probably play guard for NC State. 68 Charles Fletcher Fr. 6-2 273 Greenville, N.C. Walk-on comes to NC State from Rose High. 75 Bryce Folsom R-Fr. 6-4 287 Alpharetta, Ga. The former early enrollee missed most of last season with a shoulder injury but is healthy now. 79 Ben Kaiser 5th-Sr. 6-3 292 Pasadena, Calif. Walk-on who played at Pasadena Community College before transferring to NC State. 60 Grant Pacanovsky R-Fr. 6-0 265 Cary, N.C. Walk-on from nearby Green Hope High. 59 Liam Ryan Fr. 6-2 300 Cary, N.C. Walk-on played at Cary High before spending a year at Fork Union (Va.) Military Academy. 62 Bryson Speas Fr. 6-4 265 Greensboro, N.C. Was a one-time Virginia commitment that was heavily pursued by Virginia Tech after switching his pledge to NC State.
